“ I was just not "in the know" on this one. I was up North last Wed at Starbucks and saw Meddy's in the shared lot. The signage is somewhat lacking so on a normal day I likely would have forgotten about it but I oddly had time to kill so I quickly googled and saw it was Mediterranean which I love. So I was excited. Today we were in Brookside for business and it was lunchtime, I yelped for restaurants in the area and there it was, 5 mins away! Loved it. Amazing warm fresh pita, authentic hummus, lamb and Mediterranean cuisine I've been craving for years. It's like a step up from like Cava with bowls and the like but better. Where they bring the food to you, refills, friendly table like service after ordering. Bread brought to the table while you wait. There was a big family that came in and the staff helped assemble chairs, get menus and what not for them so they could then go up and order when they were ready. That was just super nice. Oh and there's a bar with sports and TVs, if that's your thing! We over ordered, way too much food for lunch but it was delicious! We will be back and the one up North is so close to my house so I'm so pumped! Great find! ”

“ I cannot recommend Meddy's enough. First off, the food is always amazing. Not only is it incredible, but the portions are ginormous!! The Meddy's main plate is about 20 bucks and could easily feed 2 people for multiple meals. The complimentary pita and dipping sauces are also delicious. I have never had a bad meal here! Beyond the food, this is the most pleasant staff I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by. Tonight specifically, I had a coupon for free humus that wasn't pulling up the right way. Not only did they try to help me with my code, but they ended up bringing me one anyways. (And again...it was delicious). While eating, three different staff members came up to either offer more water, pita, clear off empty plates, and offer to go containers. They were so incredibly kind in every interaction. The place is very clean, inviting, and even has live music occasionally! I recommend Meddy's to every person that I know and will always continue to do so. ”

“ Can I give a place 10 stars? I was blown away by my experience at Meddy! This is truly an approachable dining experience with great quality food and a wonderful atmosphere! I ordered the garlicky chicken and was stunned by my portion size! I received an entire half a chicken that was cooked very well and it was seasoned to perfection. It also came with some pickles, red onions, tomatoes, and garlicky potatoes. All of the sides were good but I have to take a second for the potatoes. They were crispy on the outside with a light and pillowy texture on the inside. I dipped them in this garlic sauce that was on the plate and I was in heaven! They truly matched the flavors beautifully and I have to go back and get this again. I also ordered the pineapple martini and the pineapple infused vodka tasted so fresh and so vibrant. I am Meddy's newest fan! ”
“ Tried this place on a whim and WOW. We absolutely loved it. With a great location in Brookside, I love their indoor and outdoor seating options. There was live music during our Saturday night visit which enhanced the already fun vibe. To drink, I had the old fashioned which was quite tasty. The mushroom soup was FANTASTIC. I didn't love the falafel shawarma as I found it a bit dry but given how great everything else was it didn't dampen our experience. Oh and I can't forget the delicious fresh pita bread either! My top two recommendations from this experience are the mushroom soup and the potatoes. Both were excellent. We look forward to returning! ”
“ I came as an out of towner and I so desperately wish there was a location near me in Indy. As a Mediterranean place, they offer tons of variety and have something that will satisfy anyone. Service is at a counter to order from and the options to-go or sit-down. Sit-down service comes with complimentary pita with olive oil (so good!), along with a table carafe of water. The restaurant space feels modern and comfortable. I ordered a chicken gyro (the name is slipping my mind as this review is a bit late). It was around $11 and was quite satisfying and a rather good deal. As I understand, there are a few Meddys locations in the KC area - how about an expansion to Indy? ”
